Smithville Upper Elementary is a school of happy, engaged, motivated learners with high standards for academic achievement. Our competent, highly committed staff and the partnership between parents, staff, and students exemplifies the spirit of SUES. Our vision is committed to developing the strengths of each individual. We know that students and communities flourish and learn from each other when strengths are highlighted. We care about the skills our students are developing as well as the kind of people they are becoming. This commitment to all-around educational excellence is the tie that binds the staff, parents, and community in the Smithville School District.

Fitness Gram Correction
Fitness Gram is our new web-based physical fitness program. Your child can access the program at home by clicking here. Students will use their PowerSchool log-in and password to log onto Fitness Gram. Once logged in, past and present fitness tests will be able to be seen. Students are encouraged to use the activity log portion of the program. It is set up for second quarter and any students that use it will receive extra credit toward their PE grade. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Phipps at firstname.lastname@example.org.
